Legacy Lopez General Contractor LLC (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, and not to information you provide in person, on a job site, or through a signed construction agreement.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and any description or photos of the project you include.
Information from phone calls
When you call, we record the details needed to respond to your request and to schedule work, such as your name, number and what you need done.
Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard server information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of each request. This is ordinary web server logging used for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How We Use It
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver an estimate, schedule and perform work, communicate about an active project, and keep the records a construction business is required to keep.
By submitting a form or calling, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your project. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
